This machine is used for repairing damaged BGA (Ball Grid Array) chips on PCBs. It helps in precise removal, alignment, and resoldering of BGA components.
BGA repairing steps
1) Removing the BGA chip from the PCB (Desoldering)
2) Cleaning the PCB pad
3) Cleaning and reballing the BGA chip or replacing it with a new one (requires reballing kit and accessories)
4) Positioning the BGA chip using an optical alignment system
5) Soldering the BGA chip back onto the PCB
Is it easy to operate? I have no experience, can I operate it well?
Yes, it is designed for easy operation. Typically, it takes around 4–6 hours to learn the basics. For technicians, the learning curve is even faster. We provide an English user manual and online tutorial videos (e.g., YouTube). Free training is also available at our factory.
